Tentative Agreement reached

The Unions and Kennecott have reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) to extend our current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with compensation increases for all represented employees. 

For now, everything remains business as usual, and our current CBA is still in place. 

The Union members will now vote on whether to ratify the TA through a voting process, which will occur Friday, Oct. 16 with Union meetings held at 7 a.m., 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. 

Represented employees should speak to their Union representatives for further details.
